Third blog of the week..

Hello everyone how it’s going?? I hope you’re feeling well, today I’d talk about my job. In the other blogs I’ve talked to my routine, that is the seme except on Saturday and Sunday which I don’t have my workout, but I also work. So anyway in today’s blog I would tell you about my job. I am a sheep farmer, who is the person who take care of animals, in my case isn’t just about sheep but also pigs, chickens and some beautiful donkeys. All those animals are about the farm stay, which is a fantastic place as you could come and to eat very tasty food, and to see those animals.

Anyway after this introduction, let we talk about my mansion here.

When I get started in the morning, the first thing that I do, it’s to milk all the sheep. Yes here in Sardinia we milk the sheep, and we are famous about “pecorino” which is a cheese made by sheep’s milk. By the way after to milk all the sheep, meanwhile they’re eating in the grass land, I prepare the mixed feed, made by a mix with corn, barley and beet. Obviously all own products. Every two days I spread the straw in the stable, because they have the stable always clean, to spread the straw it’s a really bad thing, I mean it’s too tiring, but for the health of they, I do this with pleasure!

By the time that I finish with the sheep I go to feed also the pigs and the chickens, this is a really quickly work. Just for saying, if I’m busy like 4 hours for the sheep’s stuffs, for pigs and chickens I could spend about 20 minutes, nothing compared to sheep..

After that, by sometimes 11am, I go home to feed myself with a beautiful lunch.. obviously not for all could be a beautiful lunch because I follow up a diet but to me I really like this kind of meals.

By 2 pm I go back to work, and in the afternoon it’s more light, same things as the morning but, I start with to give they the feed, and then an hour eating the grass, in meanwhile I fill the water and the hay racks. Finally the ultimate task of the day, I milk for the second time, in the afternoon is more faster as the morning, so until one hour I milk them and I also clean the milk room.
