So that’s the first blog that I’m writing. This week it’s started well..
Monday I woke up and after that I did my Upper workout in my Gym. It’s followed by a rower session about 20 minutes, just for burn some calories. After that I had breakfast, yes I do the workout, just after waking up 😁 it’s a routine for me. After the breakfast I’ve worn my shoes and I have done a walking session just about 6 km, only to reach my daily’s steps 🙃. Every Monday it’s my rest day from work so after all this workouts I’ve enjoyed my rest day 😎
The Monday it’s also the day that I make the Roman pizza’s in a pan.. 🍕

Anyway Monday it’s the day who I make even the bread for all week, I know it’s a big stereotype but I really love make bread and pizza 🙃 indeed for this, I spend some money for buying a oven by Effeuno, specialized for this type of product 🍕🥖
Tuesday same morning routine of Monday, but Tuesday I did leg’s workout 🏋🏻♂️
After that I went to work 🧑🏻🌾 and there, I Did another workout because I’ve spread the straw in the stable.. Hardly work, even if you do that alone 🙃 but I don’t give up..

Wednesday same routine 😒 but It was the back gym workout. I’ve done that and the breakfast, and I’ve gone at work, in short nothing to important.
Anyway finally Thursday arrived 🙃 I’ve destroyed my legs 🥲 first in gym for the second time this week and after at work because I’ve spread the straw like every 2 days in the week 💀. In fact when the day was over, I was too tired that my calfs were been burning 🙃 I love my job and my lifestyle but for anyone maybe It would be rather a bit too much 😜
Friday has arrived and despite the Monday’s heavy dinner, my stomach had a problem.. so this day, I did the gym workout, but I couldn’t push too much. The same at work, I was feeling like without energy, irritated.. you know that, the people when say “the stomach is our second brain, that it’s real and Friday and Saturday it was the same day..”
Saturday, the same thing about Friday, in effect was worse as Friday. But following a healthy recovery starting by the food, Sunday I’m feeling better. Yes now thinking about this week, it seems unreal.. the last two days have been like to stay in the hell 💀 too heavy, and despite that, I’ve worked ever harder
Anyway that was my week routine. I hope that someone who will read this text, will find something inside this interesting ..😉 If it is, I’ll happy because this it will mean who someone would find the things that I’ve been making every day since 2022 interesting..😊
